Every build is priced to your spec — there's no fixed figure. Tell us what you want the PC to do (gaming, video editing, office, server, streaming), roughly what you'd like to spend, and we'll send back a parts list with a clear total before any payment. No upfront charges, no markup tricks, and we'll flag if anything in your wishlist is bottlenecked or unnecessarily expensive.

Most builds are completed in 3–5 working days once the spec is signed off and parts are confirmed in stock. Specialist or watercooled builds can take a little longer if a specific component has a longer lead time. We'll confirm the realistic timeline up front so you can plan around it.

Both. If you already know exactly what you want — CPU, GPU, board, memory, storage, cooler, case, PSU — send us the list and we'll source it. If you'd rather just describe what you want the PC to do and your budget, we'll spec a balanced build for you. Either way, you approve every component before we order anything.

Yes — we spec to real targets. If you say "1440p at 144fps in a specific game" or "smooth 4K timeline scrubbing in DaVinci Resolve", we build for that and benchmark it before handover. If your budget can't reach the target, we'll tell you that up front rather than ship a build that disappoints. No guesswork.

Every build comes with our 12-month parts and labour warranty, fully serviced from our Edinburgh workshop. Individual components also carry their manufacturer warranties (typically 2–5 years for SSDs, GPUs, PSUs, and motherboards). If anything goes wrong, you bring it to us — no posting the PC off to a faceless warehouse.

Yes. Every build ships with a clean, activated install of Windows 11 with all drivers, updates and essentials configured (browser, Microsoft 365 if you use it, etc.). If you'd rather have Windows 10, a Linux distribution like Ubuntu or Mint, or a dual-boot setup, just say so when finalising the spec.

Yes — happy to use parts you already own. We'll inspect anything you supply (CPU, GPU, drives, etc.) for compatibility and condition before fitting it. The labour warranty still applies to the build, but customer-supplied parts are covered only by their manufacturer's warranty since we didn't source them.

Both. Local collection from our Edinburgh workshop is the cheapest option. For UK delivery, we ship insured from £15 (cost depends on parcel size and destination). We confirm the delivery cost up front so it's part of the agreed total — no add-ons at the end.
